Goal Setting Becomes You

This week at the studio we will be contemplating goal setting in our lives with an emphasis on who we want to become and envisioning the life we want to create.  We won’t be setting goals to “achieve” something but rather to change ourselves and our current situations.

If we imagine the future that we want to have, we actually create a new reality for ourselves when we accomplish our goals.  Need inspiration?  Imagine the life you want to have and then go out and make it happen!
